Training path for Silver

Your company must meet the performance thresholds.

Partners must have earned at least US $100000 Cloud Revenue - New Billed Revenue in the trailing twelve months period.

Developing Markets

Partners must have earned at least US $50000 Cloud Revenue - New Billed Revenue in the trailing twelve months period.

Meet the revenue thresholds from Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan, its associated applications and Dynamics 365 Enterprise Team Member.

All customers acquired before 29th March 2019 will continue to be credited toward competency through Digital Partner of Record association. New customers acquired as of 29th March 2019 or after must be associated with you as the partner of record through the incentives claims process.

Your company must have at least 5 individuals pass the exam's minimum requirements.

5 individuals must pass the core exam:

Exam MB-200: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core

 

AND

The same 5 individuals must pass one of the functional exams:

Exam MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales

Exam MB-220: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Marketing

Exam MB-230: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service

Exam MB-240: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service

Exam MB6-898: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent

 

AND

2 of the same 5 individuals must pass the technical exam:

Exam MB2-716: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration

Note:

Retired exams MB2-717 and MB2-877 will be valid for competencies until June 30, 2020.

Retired exams MB2-718 and MB2-719 will be valid for competencies until August 31, 2020.

 

Training Path for Gold

Your company must meet the performance thresholds.Partner must have earned at least US $300000 Cloud Revenue - New Billed Revenue in the trailing twelve months period.

 

Partner must have earned at least US $150000 Cloud Revenue - New Billed Revenue in the trailing twelve months period.

Meet the revenue thresholds from Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan, its associated applications and Dynamics 365 Enterprise Team Member.

All customers acquired before 29th March 2019 will continue to be credited toward competency through Digital Partner of Record association. New customers acquired as of 29th March 2019 or after must be associated with you as the partner of record through the incentives claims process.
