The PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is for project managers who lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects within schedule, budget, and scope. It is ideal for those who have several years of project management experience and want to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Duration: 5-days
• Timings: Daily 09:00 - 18:00 CET 

In order to take the PMP exam some prerequisites are required:

• A secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of project management experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects
• OR, a four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects
• Completion of 35 hours of project management education/training
• Familiarity with project management terminology, concepts, and processes

The Lonza PM Fundamentals course provides the basic understanding and application of the key concepts of the PMI framework for managing projects. Tailored for Lonza, it is designed to cover the most essential subjects of Project management.
