The Silver competency is the first tier, signifying a strong and consistent capability. To achieve this, your organization must first meet certain performance and staffing thresholds.
Performance Requirements: Your company needs to have generated at least US $100,000 in Cloud Revenue (or US $50,000 for Developing Markets) within the preceding 12 months. This revenue is tracked from the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan, its related applications, and the Enterprise Team Member license.
Team Certification Requirements: A core team of at least five individuals must pass a specific combination of exams. All five team members are required to pass the foundational exam:
Furthermore, those same five individuals must prove their expertise by passing one of the following functional specialization exams:
Finally, to demonstrate technical aptitude, at least two of those five certified individuals must also pass the customization and configuration exam:

For revenue recognition, please note that any customers acquired before March 29, 2019, contribute to your competency via Digital Partner of Record (DPOR) association. For new customers acquired after that date, association must be made through the incentives claims process.
Regarding certifications, please be aware that some exams have been retired. Exams MB2-717 and MB2-877 remain valid for competency attainment until June 30, 2020. Similarly, retired exams MB2-718 and MB2-719 are valid until August 31, 2020.
